Each member of our delivery team takes great pride in making sure your new purchase is delivered on time and is placed with care.

When your furniture is ready to be delivered, our scheduler will call you to arrange a delivery time. We know that your life is busy, so we will set up a two-hour window for our delivery specialists to be at your home. All of our trucks are equipped with cellular phones. We’ll call you when we’re on our way, and in the case of an unexpected delay.

Trust our professional team of delivery specialists to care for your new purchase as well as your home. We can make your delivery both effortless and enjoyable. We'll place your furniture right where you want it. Then we'll inspect, dust, level and review the operation with you - all for a nominal delivery fee.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Before your furniture is delivered it must pass our thorough inspection process along with special deluxing and detailing to make sure that your new furniture meets or exceeds our high quality standard of excellence. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact your salesperson/designer or a customer service representative within ten (10) days of receipt of your furniture. price assurance

We discount manufacturer's suggested retail prices. If within ten (10) days of your purchase, you can find the identical item at another store within our trading area that offers the same terms and customer services, we will gladly meet that price or refund the difference of your purchase upon written verification. Contact store for additional details of our policy.

warrantees

All furniture is covered for a minimum of one (1) year against manufacturer product defects or installation and fabrication flaws. Other extended warranties may be in effect by individual manufacturers that may increase this warranty period. See store for further details on our warranty policy.

furniture protection

We recommend our Guardsman Gold Furniture Protection Plan which offers five (5) years of protection against accidental damage, including stain, gouges, tears, burns, water marks and more. See store for further details on our furniture protection plan. (download Guardsman form)

special orders

Special orders can be made for you! At the time of your order, your salesperson/designer will give you an estimated lead-time for your furniture shipment. Once we receive an acknowledgement of your order from our manufacturer, we will notify you via post card of an approximate delivery date. Our office will continue to track your order until it arrives in our warehouse. Unfortunately delays occur, and we will notify you with updates as soon as we receive this information. We will do our very best to get your furniture to you as quickly as possible, but we are not responsible for delays or any liability therein. Remember that the years of enjoyment you'll receive from high quality furniture will far outweigh the inconvenience of a few extra weeks of waiting.

Your payment and financing options will be explained to you at the time of your purchase. All accounts must be settled upon delivery or notification of the availability of your merchandise for delivery. As a service to our customers, we offer financing through a third party administrator who will bill you directly according the provisions of your credit contract. Purchases on credit are subject to terms and conditions of the associated credit agreement. Items taken with customers must be paid in full. Customers taking advantage of financing are required to make a $675 minimum purchase with a 25% deposit at time of purchase. Windows and Walls ordered items, or furniture to custom specifications, require 50% deposit at time of purchase.
